Vidalista 80 contains 80mg of Tadalafil. This is a very high dose and for 95% of the users NOT adequate. This dose only makes sense if you have been diagnosed with a severe ED and if you have already tried 5mg, 10mg, 20mg, 40mg and 60mg. If you take more Tadalafil than your body can handle you will suffer from side effects (and the quality of your erection will not get better).
As a beginner you should start with 5mg per dose.
